Pro Oil Change—a part of the Driven Brands family of automotive aftermarket franchise brands based in Charlotte, N.C.—is unveiling its new brand image and approach to innovative automotive service at its 35 locations across Canada during April.

The transformation is part of Pro Oil Change’s new partnership with Chevron/Havoline, which was named the single-source supplier for the Pro Oil Change brand’s conventional and premium motor oil products.

“This partnership is a milestone for our great brand. We are simultaneously improving our inventory and operations, increasing customer understanding and satisfaction, and executing a visual refresh that will position us competitively,” said Maurice Filion, General Manager of Pro Oil Change. “This is a direct result of our collaborative approach to building business, our strong purchasing power and thoughtful operational support.”

The majority of Pro Oil Change locations now feature updated visual identity and in-store branding, including updated signage, branded décor, product displays and in-shop operations.  The refreshed customer waiting areas provide a bright, welcoming space for customers as their vehicle is serviced.

On the product side, this partnership will serve Pro Oil Change locations with a single, reliable source for both conventional and premium oil products. With greater control, Pro Oil Change says it will be able to deliver consistent and competitive pricing. As an added benefit, the exclusive partnership is designed to enhance efficiency and inventory management with bulk and packaged products. Pro Oil Change shop owners and managers can also now conveniently order online and track their package through the Chevron Business Point website.
