Driver training program caters to the needs of fleet drivers with a history of high- and medium-risk behaviour.

Advanced Driver Training Services (ADTS), a provider of driver safety training services and products in the US and Canada, is offering a One-to-One Driver Safety Program for high- and medium-risk fleet drivers—those with multiple traffic violations or a history of vehicle crashes.

The program includes:

  • An advance review of the driver’s history to identify areas needing attention
  • A four-hour or eight-hour ride-along, in which an ADTS instructor observes the driver’s habits and skills and provides immediate feedback and instruction
  • A discussion at the end of the ride-along about strengths and areas for improvement
  • A detailed report of observations and recommendations

The ride-along is conducted during a normal business day in the driver’s territory, and all sessions are led by ADTS instructors who are current or former law enforcement professionals.
