Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada (MMSCAN) welcomes Bow Mitsubishi into its strengthening dealer network.

Juyu Jeon, President and CEO, MMSCAN, joined Kevin Robertson, dealer principal, Kross Group and General manager, Bow Mitsubishi and the new dealerships’ team for its Grand Re-opening.

The Kross Group, who owns a and operates two other Mitsubishi dealerships, plans to convert both Southside Mitsubishi and Bow Mitsubishi into the new global dealer image in the near future, in an effort to strengthen and expand the company’s dealer network in growth, urban, and rural markets, and increase visibility and awareness of the brand across the country.

“Kross Group has a deep commitment to customer service which is already part of the fabric of Bow Mitsubishi,” said Jeon. “We congratulate the team and look forward to their future success.”

Robertson adds, “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Mitsubishi Motors and introduce new customers to the unique Mitsubishi Motors lineup of utilities including Canada’s best-selling plug-in hybrid Outlander PHEV and Mitsubishi’s newest CUV, Eclipse Cross.”

The dealership will include

  • a 24-hour service pick-up and drop-off;
  • an exclusive Air Miles reward miles partnership in Alberta; and
  • a customer-service driven culture supported by the Kross Academy Training Centre; and
  • access to Kross Credit Platform and the Kross Café.

Formerly known as Courtesy Mitsubishi, the dealership currently stands over 18,700 sq.ft and employs 29 people.  Like all Mitsubishi Motors EV certified dealers, the dealership has charging stations available for public use, adding to the chagrining infrastructure of South Alberta. The dealership is located at 171 Glendeer Circle SE, Calgary, Alberta.
