Rebranded as Consolidated Dealer Co-Op, Co-Auto is going Canada-wide.
The Board of Directors of Ontario-based, Co-Auto Co-Operative have decided to take their Ontario entity nationwide, effective November 1, 2016.
“Regardless of region,” the company said in a release, “our goal is to offer the same great deals and the same great service to dealers across the country. A growing number of our clients have already been served by us, outside of Ontario, so this move to nationalize officially is essentially a logical brand evolution.”
The name was legally changed this past September following a special members meeting. By using the word “consolidated,” the company wants dealers across Canada to know that “we are the first National Auto Dealer buying group and that we are the ‘one stop shop,’ where dealers are truly consolidated in their ability to BUY. SAVE. PROFIT.”
“We are very proud and excited to announce that we have become the first National Auto Dealer buying group to serve the entire Canadian market,” said Tom Langton, President and CEO of Consolidated Dealers Co-Op.
