With all the changes coming into the aftermarket, your belief in yourself to achieve the change that is going to be required must be solid.

Consider the building block where most shop owners can rattle off what they want to achieve, but then place restrictions on their business that limits what they will achieve. The restriction really is an emotional wall that you place on the business made up of behaviors that limit your success path.

Don’t get caught in this trap. Work on the building blocks that allow you to move your business forward with confidence because you learned to do the math; it has proven the path is correct, now stay focused and enjoy the journey.
