John Bean has announced that its lineup of wheel aligners have been redesigned to feature a sharp new look.
According to the company, the wheel aligners have been equipped with new productivity-enhancing features and technology to aid shops in improving their wheel alignment businesses. John Bean’s aligners, such as the V3300, V2380 and V2280 have been designed by the company to deliver good performance at a suitable value.
John Bean explains in a release that it has engineered its V3300 to be able to provide “fastest, error-free alignments”. A next-generation interface and intelligent predictive alignment flow for high-volume customers are some of the features included in the equipment. For accuracy, it is equipped with video speed cameras. These cameras monitor the alignment and provide information to aid technicians in doing the alignments right the first time.
Created for volume tire/service shops that prefer an independent beam and cabinet for ease of mobility and flexibility of installation, John Bean states that technicians do not require extensive training or experience to operate the V2380 aligner. The tool for alignment techs contains an XD target and camera system that works in conjunction with the V2380’s intuitive software and advanced technology
As explained by John Bean, its V2280 aligner is affordable and designed to deliver complete performance. Features of this tool includes easy usage, quick setup and flexible installation. Technicians may have access to core alignment readings quickly and efficiently with this equipment.
Online connectivity is a new productivity enhancing feature added to these aligners. With this, whenever connected, technicians will be able to access vehicle specifications and OEM repair procedures for ADAS repairs through the aligners. Software and vehicle specifications also get updated quickly through online connectivity. Technicians will also be able to print, email or text shop aligner reports from anywhere with the equipment’s new online report management feature. According to John Bean, this aids in increasing the efficiency of the shop and providing better customer service.
“In addition to sporting a new look, these redesigned aligners provide the innovative technology and ease of use that our customers have come to expect from John Bean,” says Adam Brown, Director of Product Management for John Bean. “For shops looking to move their alignment business in a new positive direction, these three aligners offer the superior productivity, time-saving efficiency and added flexibility required to improve the bottom line”
