TBC Brands, a distributor of private brand tires in North America, has recently announced the release of a new radial tire for loaders and articulated trucks, the Power King xERT-3HD.
Complementing TBC’s existing Power King xERT-3 value line, the new Off-the-Road (OTR) tire has been rated for E-3 and L-3 service.
To deliver superior traction in all off-road conditions, the xERT-3HD features a self-cleaning tread, making it suitable for municipalities and aggregate operations. The tire has a wide, flat footprint which combined with the increased tread-to-void helps in providing better stability and tread life. The tire’s wear and cut tread compound and thick under tread equips the loader tires to effectively tackle mixed operations.

TBC offers a five-year warranty on Power King off-highway tires for workmanship and materials. The coverage extends to a no charge replacement within the first twelve months with 10 percent or less of the original tread depth used if it becomes unserviceable due to a defect in design, workmanship, or material. The company also offers a prorated allowance after the no-charge replacement period or the tread use exceeds that allowed based on the date of manufacture and the amount of tire use after installation.
