Hunter Engineering Company has announced that it is now offering online safety system alignment information in its online business intelligence tool, HunterNet.

Several OEMS require safety system reset (or safety system alignment) in conjunction with wheel alignment. This is to ensure that the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) of a vehicle is functioning properly.

Technicians may now obtain safety system alignment information online anywhere and anytime with HunterNet. This new feature aims to equip shops better to sell and perform proper wheel alignment service.

“As the number of vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems continues to grow, it’s important to have an up-to-date online resource that shows what resets are required by the OE after a common service like wheel alignment,” says Kaleb Silver, Hunter’s Director of Product Management, Systems Technology.

To help shops be more productive and profitable through data-driven decisions, HunterNet provides real-time data to them through equipment results, trends and management reports.
