Forgeline Motorsports, a specialist in creating lightweight yet strong forged aluminium racing wheels, has launched the company’s newest addition to its competition series–the ZO1R.

Specially designed for sports car racing and dedicated track duty, the ZO1R wheel has a 2100-pound static load rating. The wheel’s effective deflection stiffness allows it to withstand the toughest top-level endurance racing.

The ZO1R sports I-beamed spokes, a split five parallel spoke design, a concave profile and a chamfered outer edge. The wheel’s design allows ample room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. Its fully-forged one-piece monoblock contains an open lug centre to reduce mass and provide better access to lug nuts. Each wheel is entirely forged from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminium in Forgeline’s Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility.

The ZO1R is available in 18, 19, 20 and 21-inch diameters in any colour and finish that Forgeline offers. In addition to producing the wheel in deep, medium and shallow concaves as required, Forgeline can also customize the ZO1R to accommodate most five-lug and centre lock applications.
