OTC says the non-marring pliers can clamp onto the wheel rim while using tire spoons to mount or remove a tire. A unique jaw design provides a location for the tire bead to be pried or pulled. The lower jaw features a pad that locates the plier in the proper position. Jaw tips are coated to protect the wheel finish.
