ATEQ announced in July that it has released a software update for its TPMS VT56 tire pressure monitoring system diagnostic and programming tool.
The software update also covers several 2019 models and various aftermarket TPMS sensors as well.
The VT56 diagnostic and programming tool also features a new manual ID upgrade which allows users to manually enter TPMS sensor identification information required when installing new programmable sensors.
A new identification information retrieval function (Retrieve ID) has also been added to retrieve and store information required for programmable TPMS sensor installations on vehicles equipped with OBDII.
Aftermarket TPMS sensor coverage includes the following products: Alligator Sens.It, Schrader EZ sensor, Dill REDI-Sensor, HUF Intellisens, Hamaton Upro, Mobiletron, Orange Universal, BWD Standard QWIK sensor, NAPA QWIK, Steelman Select, PDQ Programmable, MAX T.O.T.A.L, and Dynamic Pro-Select sensors.
ATEQ has also updated the VT36 TPMS programming tool, including additional coverage for 2019 models and new aftermarket TPMS sensors as well.
