BFGoodrich is expanding its Advantage T/A line, which was launched in 2016, with the addition of an all-season tire designed for SUVs, CUVs and light trucks: the new Advantage T/A LT.
According to BFGoodrich, the new all-season all-purpose tire offers improved hydroplaning resistance and superior road handling.

The Advantage T/A tire is built with active lateral sipes that offer improved grip that increase traction on wet and slippery road surfaces. Aqua-Flume technology, a complex network of grooves integrated into the tire, is designed to disperse water from the contact patch. Its full-depth tread maintains consistent performance throughout the life of the tire.
The Advantage T/A LT tire will initially be launched in 10 sizes and will expand to 33 sizes as of September 1st, offering coverage for over 70% of SUV and light-truck fitments.
This expansion completes the company’s brand strategy which aims to simplify its product mix by combining the performance characteristics of four current tire lines into one. Six additional sizes are expected to launch in the first quarter of 2018.
The BFGoodrich Advantage T/A LT tire is proposed in sizes ranging from 15 to 22-inch with T, H and V speed ratings and will include 12 new sizes (two 18-inch, five 19-inch, four 20-inch and one 22-inch).
