The Hakkapeliitta 9 boasts new stud technology for added grip in the worst winter conditions.

Nokian Tyres is introducing its newest flagship product, the Hakkapeliitta 9 for passenger cars and Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV, which will be available fall 2017. The tire features two designs of studs, ensuring optimal traction in all winter conditions.

The studs in the centre area maximize reliable longitudinal grip during acceleration and braking, while the shoulder studs have been designed to provide maximum lateral grip, which is especially important when cornering on slippery surfaces.
