Continental was the recipient of the 2016 SEMA New Products Showcase Award in the Tire and Related Product category.

The SEMA Products Showcase prizes are awarded to the most technologically advanced and innovative products. Over 3000 new products were competing for this highly coveted award which is attributed in 16 different categories.

 The TerrainContact A/T, launched back in August, uses the new Continental TractionPlus system which improves both traction and durability. The new Continental tire also combines two other technologies, Traction Grooves, that provides increased grip in snow and ice, as well as +Silane, a tire compound additive that reduces braking distances on wet surfaces.
