Liability waiver letter

I, the undersigned, (full name) Participant in the Electric Ride & Drive event on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the iCar circuit, declare and warrant that I am of legal age and hold a valid driver’s license issued by a province of Canada. I have been advised of, either verbally or in writing, and I understand the rules and regulations of the Event as well as any additional instructions and I shall abide by the same..

In the 8 hours before the events, I will not have consumed any alcohol, intoxicant or other drug which would impair my ability to operate the Vehicles; nor do I have any physical or mental condition which would make participation in the Event an undue risk to me, the Vehicles, other participants of the Event or the public.

I release from all liability the event organizers NAFA, the Car manufacturers present and vehicle rental companies at the event from any liability in the event of an incident of any nature occurring during the aforementioned event.
