Continental has announced the expansion of its REDI-Sensor, as well as its VDO OEM Fuel Modules product lines.

Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket has added a new VDO REDI-Sensor Multi-Application TPMS Sensor to its REDI-Sensor product line. With this addition, the total coverage has gone up to 128 million vehicles in operation (VIO). As explained by the company, the new SE10005 VDO REDI-Sensor will equip shops with the ability to replace more than 280 OE sensors. The part has several applications, including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, GMC, Hyundai, Jeep, Nissan, RAM, and Subaru applications model year 2014 and newer.

Continental has created the REDI-Sensor SE10005 to follow OE vehicle relearn procedures. Technicians can install the product right out of the box without programming or cloning.

Additionally, it is designed to be compatible with major scan tools. Service shops can procure the product from the first quarter of 2020.

The company has also added part number FP22068S to its of VDO OEM Fuel Module product line, increasing the total coverage to 217,812 VIO. Coverage now includes RAM 2500 2014-2018 and RAM 3500 2014-2018 models.

For OE fit and performance, Continental has designed all products in its VDO OEM Fuel Module line to be vehicle application-specific.
