Bosch certainly impressed at this year’s AAPEX event in Las Vegas with a huge presence that included many new applications and tools on display.

The introduction of these new items will enable even better diagnostics access and coverage within the aftermarket, opening doors to service even more vehicles.

A major software release was Bosch‘s 4.0 for ADS diagnostic scan tools.

This new ADS 4.0 software improves aftermarket coverage, diagnostic scan speed, service and repair information, as well as security requirement capabilities. In addition, the ADS software includes complementary access to Repair-Source for some of the most comprehensive on-tool service and repair information available. This new software upgrade is now available in the North American market.

During on-site demonstrations at AAPEX, Bosch also showcased Quick-Scan which provided pre- and post-scans in less than one minute! Also on the floor was Repair-Source—free access to on-tool service and repair information… OEM wiring diagrams and repair information, all of which is available straight from the source and right at the technician’s fingertips meaning they can access it without needing to leave the service bay.
