Epicor Software Corporation has announced the release of a new mobile sales management solution for distributor and jobber sales professionals—Epicor SalesProGo.
The new mobile tool is designed to aid sales professionals working outside to efficiently plan and execute their daily tasks, including sales, inventory and account management.
Epicor SalesProGo, created to be compatible with smartphones and tablets, will be showcased at the Epicor booth (number 2238) at the 2019 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) event taking place this November. The company’s aftermarket technology specialists will be providing free demonstrations of the solution. Visitors have the option of requesting for a one-on-one demonstration at the event through the company’s website
Some of the tasks that can be performed with the new mobile tool are scheduling and documenting daily work quickly and easily; updating field inventories, including products on consignment; entering orders; accepting payments; issuing credits; communicating with store and/or warehouse team members; and sharing promotional materials, among other things. Epicor notes that the solution allows sales managers to delegate tasks to team members on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, monitor them and even track customer visits and outcomes.

Details for each user’s commercial accounts are easily accessible through the mobile solution. Tasks such as monitoring previous purchases and A/R status, sharing copies of invoices and statements and following up on concerns mentioned in the account notes can also be performed using SalesProGo. The solution is also designed to aid in inventory management, allowing sales professionals to scan products and display pegs to check and refill on-site inventories. All transactions, in this case, are carried out through the Epicor Parts Network B2B eStore. Users may also utilize the solution to manage the stocks of bulk supplies, including shop rags, cleaners, tape, sandpaper, and other commonly used items.
Epicor SalesProGo is compatible with any Epicor distribution or jobber management solution that has been integrated with Epicor Compass business analytics software. Parts businesses that are connected to the Epicor Parts Network B2B and/or B2C eCommerce solutions can use the new solution. Additionally, all features and functions of the SalesProGo can be easily integrated with parts businesses that use Epicor Industry Analytics solutions for mobile sales professionals.
