Bosch has enhanced its engine management portfolio with the addition of one new engine cooling fan and one new ignition coil.
Released during the month of October, these two new parts provide additional coverage for more than four million domestic vehicles in operation in North America.
The newly released engine cooling fan motor assembly, part number F00HX6G001, provides coverage for 1.63 million vehicles in operation in North America. Of this, the Canadian coverage amounts to 187,910 vehicles. For a safe and durable performance, the fan features balanced blades. Bosch notes that the product is designed to provide reliable airflow with low-noise operation. Applications for the product include 2010-2014 model years of Ford Expedition, 2010-2014 model years of Ford F-150 and 2010-2013 model years of Lincoln Navigator.
Bosch’s new ignition coil, part number 0221504706, offers coverage for 2.38 million domestic vehicles in operation in North America. The Canadian coverage includes 154,792 vehicles in total. The company notes that all of its ignition coils are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. With a direct fit application, the part has superior temperature and vibration resistance, according to Bosch.
The new ignition coil has the following applications: 2013-2018 model years Ford C-Max; 2009-2018 model years Ford Escape; 2010-2019 model years Ford Fusion; 2014-2018 model years Ford Transit Connect; 2011-2019 model years Lincoln MKZ; 2009-2011 model years Mazda Tribute; 2009-2011 model years Mercury Mariner and 2010-2011 model years Mercury Milan.
