Lumileds has announced the appointment of a new Senior Retail Sales Manager for North America—Tracy Beecroft.

In her new role, Beecroft will take charge of retail and e-Commerce sales channels for Lumileds’ North America Aftermarket business.

The appointment was announced by Dave Illes, Director of Sales & Marketing, North America Aftermarket. “Tracy Beecroft is an accomplished sales professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic sales planning and account management in the retail automotive aftermarket. Her comprehensive knowledge of the mass, retail, and commercial channels will be very beneficial to our business model and a valuable asset to our major automotive retail customers. We are very excited to bring Tracy onto our team and look forward to her contributions,” he said.

Before joining Lumileds, Beecroft was working for the J-B Weld Company where she held the position of Director of Sales, New Business Development. In this role, she was not only responsible for the management of automotive retail segment customers but also led strategy and new product innovation for OES channels.

Beecroft brings additional aftermarket experience to her new role, having worked for three years at Trico Products Corporation and for 15 years at the Robert Bosch Corporation. She served as the Regional Director, National Accounts at Trico, heading Eastern and Central region sales for all distribution channels. She held the positions of Key Account Manager for five years and Sales Promotion Manager for Retail and Speciality Markets for eight years at Bosch. Beecroft also worked as the Director of Sales for Focus Product Groups Intl. Additionally, as the Associate Producer at O’Keefe, Reinhard & Paul, she helped coordinate all aspects of production for the Ace Hardware radio campaign.
