Arnott introduced remanufactured front OE air struts for Audi and aftermarket rear struts for Lexus, in January 2019.

Arnott’s remanufactured front OE strut for Audi covers 2012-2018 A6/A7 and the 2013-2019 S6/S7 (C7 chassis) models. The aftermarket rear strut for Lexus is specifically designed for 2001-2006 Lexus LS 430 vehicles.

Remanufactured front OE air struts

The AS-3312 is an Arnott remanufactured OE front strut engineered to fit both the left and right side of the 2012-2018 Audi A6/A7 and the 2013-2019 Audi S6/S7 (C7 chassis).

Arnott inspects, disassembles, steam cleans, and media blasts the OE strut to thoroughly clean the exterior metal components. It uses new high-quality tier 1 components, such as a ContiTech multi-ply rubber air bladder, heavy duty crimping rings, oil resistant O-rings, new air-line fitting and a dust boot to protect the air sleeve among others, to remanufacture the OE strut. The strut is repainted with corrosion inhibiting paint for a high-quality finish.

To ensure OE functionality, Arnott dyno tests each rebuilt strut. The company has designed the strut to work with the vehicle’s semi-active damping and auto-levelling suspension controls. Arnott offers a limited lifetime warranty on the product in the U.S. and Canada and a two-year warranty elsewhere.

Aftermarket rear struts

Arnott’s AS-3073 (rear right) and AS-3074 (rear left) are new air suspension struts designed for the 2001-2006 Lexus LS 430 (XF30 chassis) with the height adjustable suspension option, including the LS Ultimate Luxury edition. Engineered to replace failing OE struts, both the assemblies come with new custom-tuned valved shock absorbers.

The struts are built with a new ContiTech heavy-duty air bladder with an aluminum cover for protection. In addition to special rubber coated steel vibration isolator plates, they include a CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum. Pre-assembled in the U.S. for quicker installation, the struts also feature Arnott’s long-lasting seals, O-rings, bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, OE style quick connect air fitting and a dust boot to protect the shock. Arnott additionally provides detailed installation manuals with the products.
