It is with sadness that Bestbuy Distributors has announced the passing away of Dale Devlin, the company’s Chairman from 2010 to 2015.

Devlin passed away on January 21, 2019 surrounded by his family.

Devlin had been on the Bestbuy board since 1993. As the owner of Halton Automotive Industrial Supply in Milton, Ontario, he had been an integral part of the Bestbuy family of shareholders for 30 years. In addition to serving as a director and Board Treasurer with Automotive Parts Associates (1998 to 2001), he was also the recipient of the national Diamond Jubilee medal for providing extensive community service.

“Dale was a steadfast and loyal advocate of Bestbuy, serving the company and members with great dedication and professionalism,” said Douglas Squires, Chairman and interim President, Bestbuy. “We mourn the passing of a dear friend and respected leader, and we are deeply saddened by the loss.”
