Jacob and Sam Yako have let us know that they have come to an agreement to sell their operations—Paste Auto Parts—to NAPA Auto Parts.  

As Jacob and Sam explained to their customers, “The transaction will include all our parts distribution activities effective January 14, 2019. We have thoroughly enjoyed growing together and being your business partner. While this means that we will no longer own the company, we will remain with the company in a sales and/or operational capacity to continue developing our relationship with you. This change will have minimal impact on our day to day dealings with you.”

The company will become a NAPA Auto Parts corporate store.
