On November 20, AIA Canada hosted its 2018 Student Aftermarket Day at Tangle Creek Golf & Country Club, near Barrie, Ont.
As with previous events, the objective was to provide college students with a chance to learn about today’s automotive aftermarket industry, meet with vendors, suppliers and representatives, as well as listen to quality content about some of the changes and issues facing the industry today.
Additionally, students enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program at the Automotive Business School of Canada (ABSC) and nearby Georgian College, got a chance to present their own research with the winners for the best presentation not only receiving recognition from their peers, but presented with the opportunity to speak at an actual industry event.
It was a great day out with a tremendous level of interaction and participation from the students that attended and great discussions generated both from the industry panel discussions and also from the student presentations. Here are some of the highlights:[wds id=”698″]
