Brad Cochrane is the new Chair of the Young Executive Society (YES) Committee.

Brad began his automotive aftermarket career with Gates Canada as Marketing Coordinator after graduating from the Business Administration program at Brock University. Then he moved into being an outside sales representative for Gates and NAPA Canada serving Jobber stores and ASPs in Southern Ontario. Cochrane went on to accept a position at NAPA’s Cambridge office with the sales team in 2013 and 2016 saw him promoted to department manager.

In his role as the YES Chair, Brad will certainly make sure the YES Committee will continue to advance by suggesting and offering subject matter expertise and proposals for the future.

“As vehicles continue to become more complex and new players emerge within the industry, we’re in for some exciting but also challenging times ahead,” said Brad. “Ensuring that we attract the next generation of skilled technicians and future leaders to the aftermarket is crucial to our success. I’m excited to chair the YES Committee and work closely with others who share a passion for the future of our industry.”
