In order to continue building a strong team at the corporate level and to position Mister Transmission for continued growth and development in the years ahead, the strategy was to appoint a new President, said CEO Randall Moore. The choice was Tony Kuczynski.

Kuczynski is a lifelong automotive enthusiast, and has held leadership positions at some of Canada’s leading automotive businesses. His extensive experience in the automotive industry began with his certification as a red seal mechanic and evolved to progressively senior roles at CTC and CARQUEST Canada.

Over his 10 years at Canadian Tire and his five years at CARQUEST, Kuczynski worked closely with each organization’s Associate Dealer and Franchisee networks to develop collaborative automotive programs that grew sales, streamlined operations, and improved customer satisfaction.

His experience includes managing automotive service, parts, accessories, and tires. Kuczynski’s automotive experience is complemented by his BCOMM and MBA.
