Supporting High Five for Kids, the ‘Hump Day’ Monks golf day turned out to be bright and sunny.
On June 7, Shelburne Golf and Country Club in Shelburne, Ontario saw a great group of golfers have a great day of golf for a very good cause. The course was slightly damp but the day was bright and everyone on the course had a good time.
The broad focus of the High Fives for Kids Foundation supports diverse community groups in many activities: buying a wheelchair, sending kids with diabetes/disability to summer camp, rebuilding a community centre and much more.
Accumulative donations for the two golf events (the other is in Surrey, B.C.) has now reached over $37,000.00
Well done everyone!
