Spectra Premium recently announced the promotion of Collin Francis to Global Director, Strategic Marketing and Matt Verger to the role of Vice President, Business Development U.S.A & Europe.

Best says that Francis and Viger are both long term employees and have been instrumental in helping fuel the growth that Spectra Premium has witnessed over the years.
