During the opening day of AAPEX 2016 (November 1), CarCare Business had the opportunity to sample a range of new automotive aftermarket products and services on display.

One item that caught our eye was the new Titan-XF hub assemblies from Mevotech. Finished in distinctive blue and black coatings, these new hub assemblies significantly raise the bar in terms of engineering and durability.

Features include a robust end-to-end moulded cable that complete contains the ABS sensor wires, allowing for improved and longer lasting performance and protection of the ABS function compared with many existing assemblies on the market.

Other features include multi-lip seals on the brake side of the hug that are designed to create a much stronger and more effective barrier against moisture and contamination, plus nanoceramic grease that’s designed to provide superior, longer lasting protection and lubrication under extreme performance conditions, such as ultra high temperatures.

Additionally, the black and blue coatings on the hub assembly and hardware serve as an anti-corrosion coating, significantly extending service life of the unit.

Like many Mevotech products we’ve sampled, the new Titan-XF hub assemblies are clearly designed with the service technician in mind, providing ease of installation, superior performance over many rival products and come complete with the required mounting hardware.
