You are the owner of the business. You are the figurehead of the business. You are responsible for the business, so as the CEO have you ever thought out your responsibilities to the business?

Take some time and make a list as to what your CEO duties are and must be. Check off the ones you are completing on a regular basis. Put a star beside the duties that you must fine tune and get better at, then set a dateline to make sure those duties are now part of your routine.

No one said owning a business is easy. My concern is we, as owners, must clearly understand our responsibilities to the business and the Team we have invited to be part of the company.

This is a critical exercise to be completed.
