{"id":99557,"date":"2021-01-27T11:39:17","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T16:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=99557"},"modified":"2021-07-20T14:02:09","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T18:02:09","slug":"stellantis-investir-pour-lavenir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/concessionnaires\/2021\/01\/27\/stellantis-investir-pour-lavenir\/","title":{"rendered":"Stellantis : Investir pour l&rsquo;avenir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La fusion entre Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) et le Groupe PSA (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re de Peugeot, Citro\u00ebn, DS et Opel\/Vauxhall) \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais achev\u00e9e, tous les yeux sont tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019impact que Stellantis aura sur l\u2019avenir de l\u2019industrie automobile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des ressources consid\u00e9rables<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Collectivement, la nouvelle organisation, qui englobe d\u00e9sormais 14 marques automobiles diff\u00e9rentes et compte plus de 400\u2009000 employ\u00e9s dans le monde entier, une forte pr\u00e9sence en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, en Am\u00e9rique latine et en Europe et des activit\u00e9s industrielles dans plus de 30 pays, deviendra le quatri\u00e8me constructeur automobile mondial, ce qui lui donnera une base solide et une structure op\u00e9rationnelle lui permettant de se d\u00e9velopper et de relancer certaines marques dont les ventes ont chut\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Stellantis a un conseil d\u2019administration de 11 membres, dirig\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident John Elkan, tandis que Carlos Tavares, qui \u00e9tait auparavant PDG du Groupe PSA, assumera d\u00e9sormais le r\u00f4le de la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des perturbations sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019annonce de Stellantis le 19 janvier, Tavares a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009un an apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de ce projet, Stellantis est n\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 la perturbation soci\u00e9tale et \u00e9conomique sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent caus\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie\u00a0COVID-19\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009Je tiens \u00e0 remercier chaleureusement toutes les \u00e9quipes qui ont rendu cela possible et \u00e0 remercier \u00e9galement l\u2019ensemble du personnel qui a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire avancer nos op\u00e9rations au cours de cette ann\u00e9e exceptionnelle. Cela d\u00e9montre l\u2019agilit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 de notre entreprise, qui se veut grande plut\u00f4t que grande, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre beaucoup plus que la somme de ses parties. C\u2019est \u00e9galement un nouveau signal de la d\u00e9termination de la nouvelle entreprise \u00e0 \u00eatre un acteur de premier plan dans l\u2019industrie automobile dans cet environnement en constante \u00e9volution.
