Con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre le pionnier de l&rsquo;avenir des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le automatis\u00e9s, le DAL-e est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une technologie d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle de pointe pour la reconnaissance faciale ainsi que d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de communication automatique bas\u00e9 sur une plateforme de compr\u00e9hension du langage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le DAL-e est une plateforme de services de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui peut offrir des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le automatis\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment. Il devrait devenir un messager capable de d\u00e9livrer des messages coh\u00e9rents aux clients d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re plus intime et plus personnelle que les robots classiques \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dong Jin Hyun, vice-pr\u00e9sident et directeur du laboratoire de robotique du groupe Hyundai Motor. \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mises \u00e0 jour et des am\u00e9liorations continues, le DAL-e offrira des exp\u00e9riences nouvelles et agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 nos pr\u00e9cieux clients dans un environnement sans contact. Notre objectif est de permettre \u00e0 DAL-e d&rsquo;engager une communication fluide et divertissante avec les clients et de leur pr\u00e9senter des services de valeur. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Pilote<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le 25 janvier dernier, le groupe Hyundai Motor a annonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;inauguration de DAL-e dans une salle d&rsquo;exposition de Hyundai Motor au sud de S\u00e9oul, o\u00f9 le robot a commenc\u00e9 son op\u00e9ration pilote. Apr\u00e8s ce pilote, il devrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans divers domaines qui n\u00e9cessitent des interactions quotidiennes avec les clients, comme les autres salles d&rsquo;exposition de Hyundai Motor Company et de Kia Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>Avec son corps tronqu\u00e9 et humano\u00efde qui d\u00e9gage un attrait accueillant (mesurant 1160 X 600 X 600 mm et pesant 80 kg), le DAL-e est sensiblement plus l\u00e9ger et plus compact que les autres robots de service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et de guidage du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est dot\u00e9 de caract\u00e9ristiques physiques conviviales et \u00e9motionnelles pour une interaction \u00e9troite avec les clients. Dans le cas o\u00f9 un client entre dans la salle d&rsquo;exposition sans porter de masque, l&rsquo;andro\u00efde le reconna\u00eet et lui conseille d&rsquo;en porter un. En ce qui concerne sa capacit\u00e9 de communication, il peut engager un dialogue automatis\u00e9 et fluide avec les clients en leur fournissant des informations utiles sur les produits et services et en r\u00e9pondant aux commandes verbales et tactiles de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mobilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En termes de mobilit\u00e9, le DAL-e peut se d\u00e9placer librement et escorter les clients \u00e0 des endroits d\u00e9sign\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses quatre roues omnidirectionnelles.
