Il s\u2019inspire de ce nouvel et ambitieux alignement de marques automobiles historiques et de cultures d\u2019entreprise fortes qui, en se r\u00e9unissant, cr\u00e9ent l\u2019un des nouveaux leaders de la prochaine \u00e8re de la mobilit\u00e9 tout en pr\u00e9servant toute la valeur exceptionnelle et les valeurs de ses composantes. Il ne sera utilis\u00e9 qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellantis.com\/content\/dam\/stellantis-corporate\/group\/governance\/leadership\/bio\/eng\/Profiles_Stellantis_Global_VFinal.pdf\">Le conseil d\u2019administration, compos\u00e9 de 11 membres<\/a>, est dirig\u00e9 par son pr\u00e9sident, John Elkann. Carlos Tavares, en sa qualit\u00e9 de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, dirige l\u2019une des \u00e9quipes de direction les plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es et les plus performantes du secteur, dont la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et l\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition comptent parmi les principaux atouts.<\/p>\n<p>Stellantis a d\u00e9j\u00e0 une pr\u00e9sence bien \u00e9tablie dans trois r\u00e9gions \u2014 l\u2019Europe, l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine \u2014 en plus d\u2019un important potentiel inexploit\u00e9 dans des march\u00e9s importants comme la Chine, l\u2019Afrique, le Moyen-Orient, l\u2019Oc\u00e9anie et l\u2019Inde.
