Durant ces trois journ\u00e9es, plusieurs conf\u00e9renciers chevronn\u00e9s ont partag\u00e9 leur expertise, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019image de marque et de relations clients. Les participants ont pu en apprendre davantage sur le programme Bumper to Bumper Auto Service. En marge de ces conf\u00e9rences, des capsules d\u2019information de fournisseurs permettaient aux gestionnaires d’atelier de se mettre \u00e0 la page des plus r\u00e9cents produits et services.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de Uni-S\u00e9lect, Brent Windom, a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019activit\u00e9, qui comptait 4500 inscriptions \u00e0 travers le pays, en tournant le projecteur sur ce que les prochains mois r\u00e9servent \u00e0 l\u2019organisation et aux membres du r\u00e9seau. Soulignant que depuis ses 50 ans d\u2019existence, Uni-S\u00e9lect avait connu plusieurs changements, M. Windom a mentionn\u00e9 que les nouvelles circonstances repr\u00e9sentent un d\u00e9fi pour l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il y a eu un ralentissement ressenti diff\u00e9remment selon les r\u00e9gions du Canada, admet-il, mais nous sommes r\u00e9silients et nous avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que nos services sont essentiels \u00e0 toute la population. Nous voulons vous accompagner, donner de la valeur \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s et transformer l\u2019avenir. \u00c0 travers ces changements s\u2019affirment nos constantes de passion et de fiert\u00e9 pour notre travail. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Selon le pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de Uni-S\u00e9lect, il faut continuer \u00e0 investir dans l\u2019avenir. Mentionnant la complexit\u00e9 unique des voitures modernes, il a mentionn\u00e9 son engagement, aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019AIA Canada et de l’Auto Care Association aux \u00c9tats-Unis, de travailler pour le droit de r\u00e9parer et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des travaux. \u00ab Il faut que le consommateur puisse choisir son atelier d\u2019entretien, affirme M. Windom. Et s’il a le choix, le consommateur va nous choisir. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les communications<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Brent Windom a aussi expliqu\u00e9 que la croissance de l\u2019entreprise et de tout son r\u00e9seau repose sur une circulation plus efficace des communications. \u00ab Nous voulons \u00eatre \u00e0 votre \u00e9coute pour \u00eatre un meilleur fournisseur. Mais il faut aussi \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute du consommateur, pour investir dans les bonnes strat\u00e9gies. \u00bb Il mentionne que ce d\u00e9veloppement sera aussi ax\u00e9 sur la collaboration avec des fournisseurs de confiance offrant des marques solides et des produits de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Conscient que les habitudes des consommateurs ont chang\u00e9, M. Windom estime que pr\u00e8s de 60 % des travailleurs sont actuellement en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et que cette tendance va se maintenir. Ce changement aura sans contredit un impact sur les kilom\u00e8tres parcourus. \u00ab La COVID-19 va acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les changements. Nous voulons \u00eatre de meilleurs partenaires, car je suis convaincu qu\u2019ensemble, nous allons passer au travers et allons gagner. \u00bb<\/p>\n

L\u2019Expo se poursuit<\/strong><\/h5>\n

La partie expo-vente de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement se poursuit jusqu\u2019au 15 f\u00e9vrier. Accessibles aux inscrits par le truchement de la plateforme AUTOXPO, des kiosques virtuels permettent d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des documents sur les nouveaux produits, mais aussi d\u2019entrer directement en communication avec les sp\u00e9cialistes de produits. Des rabais et des concours attendent les visiteurs.<\/p>\n
