Quelle d\u00e9cision prendre ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Pour bien d\u00e9buter l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, plusieurs dirigeants se demandent quels outils de gestion CRM choisir. Certains me demandent mon opinion sur l\u2019ensemble des outils sur le march\u00e9. Pour ma part, tous les outils de gestion poss\u00e8dent des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients. Aucun outil n\u2019est parfait et compatible \u00e0 100 % avec votre syst\u00e8me DMS (outre les outils offerts par votre fournisseur DMS). Il faut donc se demander les inconv\u00e9nients sont g\u00e9rables ou nous pouvons vivre avec. Qui travaille avec les outils TI ? Il faut donc inclure le personnel affect\u00e9 dans l\u2019ensemble des d\u00e9cisions afin que vous puissiez optimiser votre nouvelle acquisition.<\/p>\n

Pour avoir fait une \u00e9tude doctorale de 4 ans sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019implication des acteurs dans la mise en oeuvre des outils de gestion sur la performance organisationnelle, nous savons tr\u00e8s bien que l\u2019utilisateur demeure au centre de cette d\u00e9cision. La question \u00e0 se poser\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0est-ce que cet outil TI va am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie du personnel affect\u00e9 et augmentera la performance organisationnelle ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le prix<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Le prix repr\u00e9sente-t-il l\u2019enjeu majeur dans le choix d\u2019un outil de gestion CRM ou plut\u00f4t la convivialit\u00e9 de celui-ci ainsi que le service apr\u00e8s-vente. L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 sera remplie de belles et de mauvaises surprises comme chaque ann\u00e9e et le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le deviendra un d\u00e9partement essentiel en mati\u00e8re d\u2019incidences financi\u00e8res. Les outils de gestion CRM doivent simplifier vos processus pour que vous puissiez vous mettre au boulot le plus rapidement possible. Certains outils diminuent votre productivit\u00e9 \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la perte de temps \u00e0 saisir les informations ou \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019outil.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectif principal\u00a0: acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux clients ! L\u2019outil de gestion CRM doit s\u2019adapter \u00e0 votre entreprise et non le contraire. Faites vos devoirs avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision \u00e9clair\u00e9e et n\u2019oubliez pas que les retomb\u00e9es financi\u00e8res de cet investissement demeurent au centre de vos d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi un CRM ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Tout d\u2019abord, nous savons tr\u00e8s bien que nous devons g\u00e9rer notre banque de donn\u00e9es clients. Un bon outil regroupe en fait les strat\u00e9gies (actions) marketing, la gestion des ventes ainsi que la gestion du service apr\u00e8s-vente. En th\u00e9orie, tout semble parfait, mais en pratique l\u2019implantation doit se faire de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et non \u00e0 toutes les autres entreprises. De la personnalisation pour le succ\u00e8s organisationnel ! Prenez le temps de rencontrer les fournisseurs, d\u2019obtenir des pr\u00e9sentations (que ce soit virtuellement) de tout ce qui est offert dans l\u2019industrie et prenez votre d\u00e9cision. Il est vraiment important de vous assurer que le syst\u00e8me s\u2019adapte \u00e0 votre DMS et non le contraire !
