Le bras de commande d\u2019origine est construit en utilisant de l\u2019acier fin embouti. Il est possible de retirer et de remplacer l\u2019articulation \u00e0 rotule, mais cela ne permet pas de la retenir correctement et entra\u00eene une d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Mevotech a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution innovante qui non seulement rend l\u2019articulation \u00e0 rotule utilisable, mais augmente \u00e9galement la force de r\u00e9tention au-del\u00e0 de la conception de l\u2019\u00e9quipement d\u2019origine. Construite avec des roulements en m\u00e9tal fritt\u00e9 graissables, cette conception innovante de joint \u00e0 rotule offre \u00e9galement une durabilit\u00e9 accrue, une plus longue dur\u00e9e de vie des pi\u00e8ces et un rendement optimal.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Verrouillage de la rotule sur le bras<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La solution est con\u00e7ue pour permettre de fixer simplement et solidement la rotule au corps du bras de commande \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9crou inf\u00e9rieur sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u \u00e0 cet effet. Un adh\u00e9sif de blocage est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9appliqu\u00e9 sur les filets de la rotule, ce qui am\u00e9liore la force de r\u00e9tention, r\u00e9duit le temps de r\u00e9paration et permet une proc\u00e9dure d\u2019installation sup\u00e9rieure aux autres pi\u00e8ces et m\u00e9thodes.
