Peut-\u00eatre en avons-nous r\u00e9par\u00e9 quelques-uns quand nous \u00e9tions jeunes et voulions-nous trouver un moyen de transformer un passe-temps en profession. Et si, dans la plupart des cas, nous avons tendance \u00e0 nous occuper de la r\u00e9paration de v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9cents, il arrive que nous restaurions une ou deux voitures classiques, ou m\u00eame que nous utilisions une voiture classique pour promouvoir notre entreprise.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Outil de marketing<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour Rick Richardson et l\u2019\u00e9quipe du CSN Ladner, \u00e0 Ladner, une banlieue de Delta, en Colombie-Britannique, ce pick-up Chevy\u00a03100 \u00ab\u2009Bullnose\u2009\u00bb de 1954 sert d\u2019outil de marketing pour le magasin et est souvent utilis\u00e9 lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements communautaires locaux, tels que le d\u00e9fil\u00e9, la marche de la courtepointe et le salon de l\u2019automobile de Ladner.<\/p>\n<p>Originaire du Saskatchewan, ce camion canadien a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 dans une grange il y a environ huit ans. PHOTO CSN Ladner<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il n\u2019y avait pas de rouille sur ce camion, ce qui, \u00ab\u2009consid\u00e9rant qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un camion canadien et qu\u2019il \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9 comme v\u00e9hicule agricole, \u00e9tait un miracle, vraiment\u2009\u00bb, dit M. Richardson.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, le Chevy \u00e9tait suffisamment solide et pr\u00e9sentable pour que, sur le plan esth\u00e9tique, il n\u2019ait n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 que quelques retouches et un bon d\u00e9tail pour le remettre dans l\u2019\u00e9tat o\u00f9 il se trouve aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Attention \u00e0 la m\u00e9canique<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Toutefois, sur le plan m\u00e9canique, il fallait faire plus de travail. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 le moteur et reconstruit le carburateur\u2009\u00bb, ainsi que quelques autres travaux pour qu\u2019il fonctionne \u00e0 nouveau correctement. \u00ab\u2009Dans l\u2019ensemble, c\u2019\u00e9tait un compromis assez \u00e9quitable pour remettre ce camion en \u00e9tat de marche\u2009\u00bb, explique M.\u00a0Richardson.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ses 112\u00a0ch, son six en ligne de 235,5 pouces cubes et sa transmission \u00e0 trois vitesses, les performances sont au mieux tranquilles, mais M.
