Cet expert reconnu du secteur est pr\u00eat \u00e0 anticiper l\u2019\u00e9volution et les besoins futurs du secteur, \u00e0 \u00e9largir le vaste portefeuille de ZF Aftermarket et \u00e0 faire progresser les solutions centr\u00e9es sur le client. Il vise \u00e0 soutenir les clients de mani\u00e8re proactive \u00e0 travers le changement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de l\u2019industrie automobile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009L\u2019avenir de l\u2019automobile est intelligent avec des concepts de conduite alternatifs, des v\u00e9hicules connect\u00e9s et une conduite autonome en plus de changer radicalement les attentes des clients\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9crit M.\u00a0Colpron \u00e0 propos des d\u00e9fis actuels et le confirme\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009ZF Aftermarket veut saisir l\u2019occasion de cette transformation pour se rapprocher de ses clients et continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une combinaison convaincante d\u2019un large portefeuille de produits et de solutions, d\u2019un r\u00e9seau mondial de services et de solutions num\u00e9riques cibl\u00e9es, afin de fa\u00e7onner le march\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange pour la mobilit\u00e9 de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 durable\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes de direction chez Valeo, M.\u00a0Colpron a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez l\u2019ancien WABCO en 2007 en tant que directeur de l\u2019approvisionnement strat\u00e9gique. \u00c0 partir de 2010, il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes de direction dans le secteur des pi\u00e8ces de rechange afin de mettre en place une organisation mondiale agile avec une proximit\u00e9 de march\u00e9 unique et de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles solutions num\u00e9riques pour les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes connect\u00e9s afin de mener la mobilit\u00e9 de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration vers le z\u00e9ro accident, des \u00e9conomies de carburant significatives et une efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, M. Colpron a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Global Fleet Solutions Hub, prenant en charge deux des activit\u00e9s les plus dynamiques de WABCO \u2014 les services clients num\u00e9riques et le march\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange \u2014 pour en faire une seule organisation de solutions de parc automobile.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Helmut Arnst<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur de Philippe Colpron, Helmut Ernst, assumera le r\u00f4le de transition \u00ab\u2009Aftermarket Affairs\u2009\u00bb \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2021. Il repr\u00e9sentera ZF dans certaines associations du march\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange, dirigera des projets strat\u00e9giques et soutiendra en 2021 le processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration du nouveau responsable de ZF Aftermarket.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Helmut Ernst a d\u00e9fini et mis en \u0153uvre la nouvelle organisation de ZF Aftermarket apr\u00e8s la transaction TRW. Cette int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie et le d\u00e9veloppement ult\u00e9rieur de nos activit\u00e9s d\u2019apr\u00e8s-vente constituent une base essentielle pour la croissance future.
