Tous les centres de formation professionnelle sont bienvenus dans nos murs et nous voyons dans l\u2019organisation de ces rencontres une fa\u00e7on de tisser des liens entre les \u00e9coles et nos ateliers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Tisser des liens<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Amir Farrokh, formateur au Centre de formation du R\u00e9seau Fix, est au c\u0153ur de ces rencontres. Cet ancien technicien en atelier et enseignant au CEP de Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me et \u00e0 l\u2019EMMEM, est un passionn\u00e9 qui sait transmettre la flamme aux jeunes. Il est la personne tout indiqu\u00e9e pour faire le lien entre toutes les \u00e9tapes de recrutement de la rel\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Amir a gard\u00e9 des liens \u00e9troits avec les centres de formation pour lesquels il a travaill\u00e9, reprend Mme Pepin. Mais notre invitation s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9coles professionnelles du Qu\u00e9bec.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon Sophie Pepin m\u00eame en temps de pand\u00e9mie, il est essentiel d\u2019avoir de bons contacts avec les enseignants et leurs \u00e9tudiants. Nous sommes l\u00e0 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs questions et leur montrer non seulement les nouvelles technologies li\u00e9es aux m\u00e9tiers de la carrosserie, de la m\u00e9canique automobile et de la vitre d\u2019auto, mais aussi pour leur expliquer qu\u2019ils peuvent avoir des carri\u00e8res tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes dans notre domaine.\u00a0Tous les techniciens talentueux peuvent gravir des \u00e9chelons au sein d\u2019une entreprise ou du secteur.\u00a0\u00bb Cette derni\u00e8re rappelle que plusieurs secteurs \u00e9conomiques courtisent la rel\u00e8ve et qu\u2019il faut lui montrer les opportunit\u00e9s que nous offrons.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres visites d\u2019\u00e9tudiants auront lieu dans l\u2019avenir pour lier davantage les centres de formation professionnelle aux ateliers du R\u00e9seau Fix et Sophie Pepin invite toutes les \u00e9coles \u00e0 loger une demande. \u00ab\u00a0\u00c7a fait partie de notre vocation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 sa mission de partager le savoir et la passion, le Centre de formation du R\u00e9seau Fix accueille des groupes d\u2019\u00e9tudiants en carrosserie et m\u00e9canique automobile.
