Si la part de march\u00e9 mondial des V\u00c9 sur l\u2019ensemble des parcs \u00e0 travers le monde n\u2019atteint en ce moment qu\u2019environ 3 %, ce pourcentage est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 changer radicalement au cours des cinq \u00e0 dix prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Enrichir l\u2019offre<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Elle argumente que les constructeurs, concentrant au d\u00e9part leur offre sur les voitures de tourisme, migrent graduellement vers la proposition de camions l\u00e9gers et de VUS, plus attirants pour le grand public et les gestionnaires de parc. Cette pauvret\u00e9 de l\u2019offre expliquerait la faible p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la solution \u00e9lectrique. Mais elle indique que les choses sont sur le point de changer puisque les constructeurs automobiles vont offrir une gamme d\u2019environ 500 mod\u00e8les diff\u00e9rents de V\u00c9 d\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e de production 2025. \u00ab\u00a0Les constructeurs annoncent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans la cat\u00e9gorie des camionnettes pleine grandeur, des voitures de haute performance et de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires.<\/p>\n<p>Elle en veut pour exemple le Hummer de GM, le Ford F-150 et le Riviran R1T, tous \u00e9lectriques. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des sportives, mentionnons l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des versions \u00e9lectriques de la Porsches Taycan, de la Volkswagen ID.4 ou encore de la Tesla Model Y.<\/p>\n<p>Le constructeur Tesla se positionne d\u2019ailleurs nettement en t\u00eate du palmar\u00e8s mondial des ventes de V\u00c9. Seulement aux \u00c9tats-Unis, Tesla a \u00e9coul\u00e9 119\u00a0000 unit\u00e9s sur un total de 154\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules uniquement \u00e9lectriques de janvier \u00e0 septembre 2020. Sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale, le constructeur am\u00e9ricain vend deux fois plus de voitures que sa plus proche rivale, l\u2019allemande VW et trois fois plus que le constructeur chinois BYD.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La r\u00e9glementation<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment important dans l\u2019essor du V\u00c9 est l\u2019application dans plusieurs juridictions de r\u00e9glementation en poussant l\u2019adoption. La Californie prend les devants aux \u00c9tats-Unis en imposant, \u00e0 partir de 2035, la vente uniquement de v\u00e9hicules tout \u00e9lectriques. Cela exclurait m\u00eame les voitures hybrides et hybrides rechargeables.<\/p>\n<p>La Chine a aussi effectu\u00e9 un virage radical, comme elle seule en conna\u00eet la recette, pour porter \u00e0 50% l\u2019\u00e9lectrification du parc automobile alors que la moiti\u00e9 restante devra \u00eatre du mode hybride. L\u2019Empire du Milieu veut que d\u2019ici 2025, 20\u00a0% du parc automobile roule \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Cela fait pr\u00e9voir par Mme Schweinsberg qu\u2019en 2030 les v\u00e9hicules enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques vont repr\u00e9senter 15\u00a0% du march\u00e9 mondial des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers. Pour leur part, les v\u00e9hicules hybrides devraient occuper 20\u00a0% du march\u00e9 en 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un autre plan, les entreprises asiatiques comme occidentales rivalisent avec une intensit\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9e pour mettre au point des batteries moins dispendieuse et \u00e0 autonomie prolong\u00e9e. En ce moment la Chine, la Cor\u00e9e et le Japon d\u00e9tiennent presque la totalit\u00e9 du march\u00e9, mais un constructeur comme Tesla veut un meilleur contr\u00f4le de son approvisionnement en ouvrant, entre autres, une usine en Allemagne en 2022. M\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de recyclage de batteries en fin de vie alors que la Chine domine pr\u00e9sentement le march\u00e9. Mais Tesla, Volkswagen et Audi travaillent de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour prendre une part du march\u00e9 en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution des technologies li\u00e9es aux batteries et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019autonomie des V\u00c9 font parmi des plus importants facteurs d\u2019adoption.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Plus de bornes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Puisqu\u2019une partie importante du parc \u00e9lectrique est en ce moment constitu\u00e9e de v\u00e9hicules rechargeables, la disponibilit\u00e9 des bornes reste un enjeu. Si on combine le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis on compte 32\u00a0000 bornes de recharges publiques de niveaux 2 et 3 en ce moment. De ce total seulement 5000 sont de niveau 3 \u00e0 recharge rapide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En Chine, l\u2019implantation est nettement plus rapide alors qu\u2019on en compte entre 500\u00a0000 et un million, selon la source consult\u00e9e, explique l\u2019analyste. Ce pays en ajoutera 600\u00a0000 de plus d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e dont une bonne partie le long des autoroutes.\u00a0Les Am\u00e9ricains doivent mettre en place un plan vert pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019installation de bornes, surtout dans les march\u00e9s o\u00f9 le V\u00c9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 populaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>L\u2019impact COVID-19<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les experts du domaine constatent que la diminution des ventes de voitures \u00e9lectriques a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins importante que celle des voitures munies d\u2019un moteur \u00e0 combustion. Selon l\u2019analyste Haig Stoddard de Wards Intelligence, durant la deuxi\u00e8me partie de 2020 les ventes de V\u00c9 ont recul\u00e9 de 25\u00a0% globalement.
