{"id":91804,"date":"2020-11-20T09:07:46","date_gmt":"2020-11-20T14:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=91804"},"modified":"2020-12-18T13:32:49","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T18:32:49","slug":"sema360-pre-et-post-scan-pourquoi-et-comment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/11\/20\/sema360-pre-et-post-scan-pourquoi-et-comment\/","title":{"rendered":"SEMA360 : Pr\u00e9 et post-scan, pourquoi et comment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Un des sujets les plus populaires lors des ateliers techniques du dernier SEMA360 aura \u00e9t\u00e9 sans contredit le balayage \u00e9lectronique avant et apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9parations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de deux conf\u00e9rences virtuelles, des sp\u00e9cialistes de la firme am\u00e9ricaine AirPro Diagnostics, dont la raison commerciale est d\u2019offrir aux ateliers du march\u00e9 secondaire les services de diagnostic, de calibration et de programmation de modules, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les grands enjeux de ces \u00e9tapes maintenant n\u00e9vralgiques dans la r\u00e9paration des voitures modernes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule par le balayage \u00e9lectronique de ses syst\u00e8mes, qu\u2019on appelle couramment les pr\u00e9-scans, devrait \u00eatre la toute premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration \u00e0 faire sur une voiture qui entre \u00e0 l\u2019atelier. \u00ab\u00a0Le travail d\u2019un carrossier est de comprendre, documenter et communiquer tous les d\u00e9tails touchant la r\u00e9paration \u00e0 faire, soulignent Eric Newell et Aaron Clark de AirPro Diagnostics. Et le pr\u00e9-scan est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape incontournable, qu\u2019on soit pay\u00e9 ou non pour le faire. Il en va de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des gens.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les deux experts rejettent du revers de la main l\u2019id\u00e9e que les voitures plus anciennes, construites avant 2012, n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre scann\u00e9es. Selon eux, tous les v\u00e9hicules sans exception devraient l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Construire un processus de r\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9-scan va afficher tous les codes d\u2019anomalie, ce qui va permettre de construire le processus de r\u00e9paration et \u00e9tablir le bon estim\u00e9. Id\u00e9alement, tout atelier de carrosserie doit consid\u00e9rer l\u2019ajout, dans son \u00e9quipe, d\u2019un sp\u00e9cialiste qui consacrera tout son temps \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses connaissances pour faire l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es, identifier les codes d\u2019anomalie et les traduire en travaux \u00e0 effectuer sur le v\u00e9hicule. Cette personne serait responsable d\u2019\u00e9tablir un rapport clair de la condition du v\u00e9hicule avant la r\u00e9paration et de fournir au client le document qui d\u00e9montre que tous les syst\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en ordre avant de lui remettre son v\u00e9hicule.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des codes tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quents<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Selon M. McFarlin qui compte une quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les carrosseries, constate que dans 90\u00a0% des v\u00e9hicules qui passent en atelier apr\u00e8s une collision, avec ou sans d\u00e9ploiement des coussins gonflables, affichent des codes d\u2019anomalie. Le simple fait de d\u00e9brancher un capteur, un module ou une cam\u00e9ra dans le processus de d\u00e9montage risque de demander une r\u00e9initialisation de ces appareils.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut retenir une chose importante, insiste Chuck Olsen, ce n\u2019est pas parce que le tableau de bord n\u2019allume pas d\u2019ic\u00f4ne d\u2019anomalie qu\u2019il ne s\u2019en cache pas dans le v\u00e9hicule.
