La cr\u00e9ation de statuts client pourrait r\u00e9volutionner notre fa\u00e7on de penser\u2026Offrir des rabais ou offrir des accessoires \u00e0 l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule neuf. Pouvons-nous penser d\u2019offrir des sp\u00e9ciaux d\u2019une journ\u00e9e seulement, tout comme les magasins \u00e0 grande surface ? Il serait quasi impossible d\u2019annoncer 50 % sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule neuf pour une journ\u00e9e, mais strat\u00e9giquement\u2026des accessoires, produits ou services. La r\u00e9volution du virtuel<\/strong><\/h5>\n

C\u2019est fascinant de constater que plusieurs concessionnaires ont des factures tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de technologie, mais paradoxalement \u00e0 l\u2019interne, ne sont pas pr\u00eats pour le virtuel. Est-ce possible de discuter avec le client \u00e0 distance (via des outils technologiques) et de le voir. Sommes-nous rendus l\u00e0 ? Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, toutes les d\u00e9cisions prises dans l\u2019industrie automobile semblent similaires\u2026Pouvons-nous penser un jour entrer en communication avec le client sur une plateforme virtuelle pour une soir\u00e9e informative, pour un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ou pour le d\u00e9partement du service ? Comme les r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 nous pouvons retrouver environ 100 personnes et plus sur une m\u00eame plateforme afin de leur expliquer l\u2019importance des entretiens ou autres discussions jug\u00e9es essentielles apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat de leur v\u00e9hicule. Vous serez certainement tr\u00e8s \u00e9tonn\u00e9s de constater le nombre de personnes qui se branchent \u00e0 distance ces temps-ci pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Un narrateur et chaque personne pouvait lever la main si ceux-ci d\u00e9siraient parler (dans un temps opportun bien s\u00fbr). Pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, il y avait plus de monde que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e pour la m\u00eame r\u00e9union\u2026le virtuel dans le confort de son domicile ! Comme vous le savez, la formule est repens\u00e9e pour le salon de l\u2019auto de Montr\u00e9al qui se tiendra virtuellement du 20 au 24 janvier prochain. Ce salon virtuel de l\u2019auto attirera combien de personnes ? Esp\u00e9rons que la client\u00e8le sera au rendez-vous pour cette grande rencontre du lancement du premier salon 100 % virtuel de l\u2019auto. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, il serait int\u00e9ressant d\u2019analyser les co\u00fbts versus le nombre de personnes qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sentes. C\u2019est \u00e0 suivre, mais je crois sinc\u00e8rement que tous les concessionnaires doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui est le virtuel pour un certain temps.<\/p>\n
