Nikolai Setzer a notre plus grande confiance. Nous sommes certains qu\u2019il fera avancer cette transformation et qu\u2019il la fa\u00e7onnera avec succ\u00e8s. Les facteurs cl\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard sont son lien profond et de longue date avec Continental et ses valeurs d\u2019entreprise, ainsi que sa vaste exp\u00e9rience internationale dans le domaine de l\u2019automobile et des pneus\u2009\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 le professeur Wolfgang Reitzle, pr\u00e9sident du conseil de surveillance de Continental. \u00ab\u2009Dans le m\u00eame temps, nous exprimons nos sinc\u00e8res remerciements \u00e0 M.\u00a0Degenhart pour ses performances exceptionnelles, son leadership exemplaire et sa contribution consid\u00e9rable au succ\u00e8s de Continental au fil des ans. Nous lui souhaitons tout le succ\u00e8s possible pour l\u2019avenir, en particulier en ce qui concerne sa sant\u00e9\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Tenue en haute estime<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>M.Degenhart a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab\u2009Je tiens Nikolai Setzer en tr\u00e8s haute estime, qui a \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours de notre \u00e9troite et confiante coop\u00e9ration gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses excellents services dans diverses fonctions et domaines de l\u2019entreprise. En raison de sa clairvoyance strat\u00e9gique et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des id\u00e9es, il a acquis une reconnaissance tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019entreprise. Je me f\u00e9licite de la d\u00e9cision du conseil de surveillance et je souhaite \u00e0 Nikolai Setzer et \u00e0 toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Continental tout le succ\u00e8s possible pour l\u2019avenir\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Depuis pr\u00e8s de 150 ans, Continental est une alliance de valeurs fortes pour une cr\u00e9ation de valeur de premier ordre. Au vu de la profonde transformation de l\u2019industrie automobile, Elmar Degenhart et toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe du conseil de direction ont tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t fix\u00e9 le cap strat\u00e9gique n\u00e9cessaire pour renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la viabilit\u00e9 de Continental. Ma t\u00e2che la plus urgente, avec les cadres et les employ\u00e9s du monde entier, est donc de poursuivre sans interruption notre croissance en tant qu\u2019entreprise technologique et de mener Continental vers une nouvelle \u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, soutenue par une croissance rentable\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.\u00a0Setzer.<\/p>\n<p>M. Setzer travaille chez Continental depuis qu\u2019il a termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes de gestion en ing\u00e9nierie en Allemagne et en France en 1997.
