Elle refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement tout le professionnalisme ainsi que le haut niveau d\u2019engagement dont elle a toujours fait montre au cours des 18 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du secteur de la carrosserie du Qu\u00e9bec \u00bb, soulignent les membres du Conseil dans une note r\u00e9cemment \u00e9mise.<\/p>\n<p>La Corporation souline qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 de cette tr\u00e8s s\u00e9lecte d\u00e9signation, M<sup>e<\/sup> Gagnon continuera d\u2019assumer sa collaboration avec la Corporation des carrossiers professionnels du Qu\u00e9bec ainsi qu\u2019aupr\u00e8s des carrossiers et des partenaires qu\u2019elle repr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La fonction de b\u00e2tonnier <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le b\u00e2tonnier, ou en l\u2019occurrence, la b\u00e2tonni\u00e8re de Qu\u00e9bec, est \u00e9lu par l\u2019ensemble des membres du Barreau. \u00c0 ce titre, il est le repr\u00e9sentant officiel de tous les avocats et avocates de Qu\u00e9bec, de la Beauce et de la r\u00e9gion de Montmagny. Il dirige et oriente les affaires du Barreau de Qu\u00e9bec et il pr\u00e9side les d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations du Conseil du Barreau. Il participe \u00e9galement aux destin\u00e9es du Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec en si\u00e9geant au Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, au Comit\u00e9 des finances et au Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lieu \u00e0 la Maison du Barreau \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de collaborer avec la magistrature pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice, le b\u00e2tonnier assume un r\u00f4le de repr\u00e9sentation aupr\u00e8s des associations d\u2019avocats et d\u2019avocates, des intervenants sociaux de la grande r\u00e9gion de Qu\u00e9bec, des communaut\u00e9s culturelles et des repr\u00e9sentants des gouvernements. Il veille aussi \u00e0 accueillir les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations \u00e9trang\u00e8res, telles que celles du Vietnam, de la Chine, de la Pologne, de la Russie, des \u00c9tats-Unis, de la France ou de la Belgique.
