Un outil de gestion de la r\u00e9putation et des applications de texto am\u00e9lior\u00e9es visent \u00e0 attirer plus de clients dans les baies de service et d\u2019en augmenter la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La corporation Epicor, qui commercialise cette plateforme, annon\u00e7ait ces am\u00e9liorations sur sa solution de r\u00e9tention et de marketing pour le secteur automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s, un outil convivial de gestion du pointage et de la r\u00e9putation sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Chaque \u00e9valuation d\u2019un consommateur est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le tableau d\u2019analyse OBD4 pur un acc\u00e8s facile et une possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse rapide.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Photos et vid\u00e9os<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019application mTexting a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie afin de permettre maintenant l\u2019envoi de photos et de vid\u00e9os afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus d\u2019approbation par le client des travaux recommand\u00e9s.
