Fox, les syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite doivent faire partie du d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises du march\u00e9 secondaires. Identifier ces syst\u00e8mes et leurs composantes, les diagnostiquer et les calibrer repr\u00e9sentent un cr\u00e9neau compl\u00e9mentaire au travail des ateliers, qu\u2019ils soient dans le secteur de la m\u00e9canique, de la carrosserie, ou du pneu.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le soulignait Dave Fox, on trouve en ce moment sur les routes nord-am\u00e9ricaines des voitures dont 4\u00a0% poss\u00e8dent des syst\u00e8mes ADAS qui demandent une v\u00e9rification apr\u00e8s les travaux sur la direction, la suspension ou simplement apr\u00e8s un alignement. Apr\u00e8s une collision, 7\u00a0% des voitures ont pr\u00e9sentement un syst\u00e8me ADAS qui doit \u00eatre syst\u00e9matiquement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9. Il estime que ce pourcentage passera \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 14\u00a0% dans moins de quatre ans.<\/p>\n<p>Il a aussi soulign\u00e9, au profit des garagistes, que depuis 2018, les constructeurs automobiles offrent, dans une proportion de 93\u00a0%, une forme ou l\u2019autre d\u2019ADAS de s\u00e9rie ou en option.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Une ma\u00eetrise progressive<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Plusieurs ateliers sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pourvus d\u2019une table d\u2019alignement, ce qui est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers l\u2019offre de services d\u2019entretien de syst\u00e8mes ADAS. \u00c9videmment, l\u2019espace et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9clairage doivent r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 certaines contraintes.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9quipe habile en alignement peut int\u00e9grer les outils et \u00a0les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande. \u00ab\u00a0La gestion des syst\u00e8mes ADAS touche directement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de vos clients. Les proc\u00e9dures de calibration des capteurs et cam\u00e9ras ne doivent pas \u00eatre prises \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re et doivent suivre les recommandations du constructeur, indiqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019analyseur ou dans le logiciel du syst\u00e8me d\u2019alignement auxquels seront greff\u00e9s les outils de calibration.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En fait, le sp\u00e9cialiste souligne qu\u2019une v\u00e9rification de l\u2019alignement des roues, avant et arri\u00e8re, des v\u00e9hicules de clients devrait faire partie du programme d\u2019inspection r\u00e9gulier. Certaines calibrations se font de fa\u00e7on dynamique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que le technicien va faire un parcours au volant de la voiture tout en laissant l\u2019analyseur branch\u00e9. Ce dernier lui indiquera le succ\u00e8s ou non de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>La calibration statique se fait en atelier, avec une plateforme \u00e0 niveau et les cibles n\u00e9cessaires. Le processus peut varier d\u2019un constructeur \u00e0 l\u2019autre, mais il impose un alignement pr\u00e9cis comme point de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Une grande rigueur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>M. Fox souligne \u00e0 quel point il faut \u00eatre attentif \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape et \u00e0 toutes les particularit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de voitures dot\u00e9es d\u2019un syst\u00e8me ADAS qui passeront dans votre atelier. Par exemple, le simple remplacement d\u2019une batterie, sur certains mod\u00e8les, demande une remise \u00e0 z\u00e9ro du capteur du volant. Parlant batterie, M. Fox rappelle l\u2019importance de s\u2019assurer, quand on effectue une calibration ou une programmation, qu\u2019elle soit branch\u00e9e sur un chargeur.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Engineering offre plusieurs solutions pour les ateliers qui voudront se mettre \u00e0 niveau afin de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019entretien des v\u00e9hicules dot\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite.
