{"id":88768,"date":"2020-10-30T10:41:34","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T14:41:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=88768"},"modified":"2020-10-30T10:41:34","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T14:41:34","slug":"csmo-auto-annonce-un-nouveau-comite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/concessionnaires\/2020\/10\/30\/csmo-auto-annonce-un-nouveau-comite\/","title":{"rendered":"CSMO-Auto annonce un nouveau comit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le CSMO-Auto annonce la mise sur pied d\u2019un comit\u00e9 permanent en d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et de formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci travaillera en concertation et en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec tous les acteurs de formation de l\u2019industrie des services automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux de ce comit\u00e9 seront aussi en lien avec le forum sur la requalification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de l\u2019emploi qui se tenait \u00e0 la mi-octobre, et auquel le CSMO-Auto participait. Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, le ministre Boulet a invit\u00e9 le milieu du travail et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 faire front commun pour requalifier les 200\u2009000 ch\u00f4meurs pand\u00e9miques du Qu\u00e9bec et pour rehausser les comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre d\u00e9j\u00e0 en emploi. Le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs pourraient augmenter en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la pand\u00e9mie et de l\u2019impact sur les entreprises. La requalification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et le rehaussement des comp\u00e9tences sont apparus comme des leviers incontournables pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le retour en emploi du plus grand nombre de travailleurs, d\u00e9velopper l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des personnes et accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9 des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>La croissance et la productivit\u00e9 des entreprises de l\u2019industrie seront assur\u00e9es par une offre de formation qui propose des strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Un travail collectif est donc \u00e0 faire pour faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation et uniformiser l\u2019offre pour l\u2019ensemble du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 permanent aura comme mandat d\u2019identifier les priorit\u00e9s et d\u2019\u00e9laborer un plan d\u2019action concert\u00e9 avec tous les partenaires afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins pressants de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de formation dans l\u2019industrie des services automobiles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le CSMO-Auto annonce la mise sur pied d\u2019un comit\u00e9 permanent en d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et de formation.
