{"id":88118,"date":"2020-10-23T10:54:26","date_gmt":"2020-10-23T14:54:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=88118"},"modified":"2020-12-18T13:29:22","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T18:29:22","slug":"manque-dair-climatise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2020\/10\/23\/manque-dair-climatise\/","title":{"rendered":"Manque d\u2019air climatis\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Un VUS Ford a des probl\u00e8mes pour souffler de l\u2019air froid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, nous sommes tomb\u00e9s sur un cas tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une Ford Escape 2017 avec une plainte de client concernant la climatisation qui ne soufflait pas d\u2019air froid. Auparavant, le v\u00e9hicule avait fait remplacer le compresseur de la climatisation en raison d\u2019une d\u00e9faillance de l\u2019embrayage.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Engag\u00e9, mais pas froid<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lorsque nous avons regard\u00e9 le v\u00e9hicule, l\u2019embrayage \u00e9tait engag\u00e9, mais le syst\u00e8me ne refroidissait pas. Sur ces v\u00e9hicules, le syst\u00e8me de climatisation utilise un compresseur \u00e0 cylindr\u00e9e variable et un r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant 1234\u00a0YF. Mis \u00e0 part ces deux distinctions, le syst\u00e8me est un syst\u00e8me conventionnel de type d\u00e9tendeur.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 simple\u00a0: nous avons branch\u00e9 les manom\u00e8tres pour voir ce qui se passait et nous avons jet\u00e9 un coup d\u2019\u0153il rapide aux donn\u00e9es de balayage pour trouver des codes et des indices. PHOTO Mark Lemay<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5><strong>Changements de pression<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En examinant le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me et en approfondissant un peu la th\u00e9orie du courant alternatif (fig.\u00a03), nous savons que deux changements de pression doivent avoir lieu dans le syst\u00e8me pour qu\u2019il produise de l\u2019air froid. Le premier est une augmentation de pression qui a lieu dans le compresseur et le second est une diminution de pression au niveau du TXV (d\u00e9tendeur thermostatique). Dans notre cas, la pression est de 85 psi des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me. Lorsque nous avons examin\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es (fig 4), le PCM commandait le compresseur pour qu\u2019il fonctionne \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le PCM commande le compresseur \u00e0 un cycle de fonctionnement de 85\u00a0%, ce qui est proche du d\u00e9bit maximum. Sur ce syst\u00e8me, un rapport cyclique \u00e9lev\u00e9 indique un d\u00e9bit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 du compresseur. Il est clair que le PCM voulait un d\u00e9bit de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant \u00e9lev\u00e9. PHOTO Mark Lemay<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5><strong>Pas de changement de pression<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Th\u00e9oriquement, si le TXV est bloqu\u00e9 en position ouverte, il n\u2019y aurait aucune restriction dans le syst\u00e8me pour cr\u00e9er un changement de pression, de m\u00eame que s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de flux de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant, il n\u2019y aurait pas de changement de pression. Alors, lequel \u00e9tait-ce\u2009? Premi\u00e8rement, s\u2019il y a un d\u00e9bit suffisant (le maximum est command\u00e9) \u00e0 travers le TXV m\u00eame si la vanne ne se ferme pas, nous aurions d\u00fb voir un l\u00e9ger changement de pression ou de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 travers le TXV. Nous n\u2019avons pas vu de changement de pression. Cela semblerait indiquer que nous n\u2019avons pas de d\u00e9bit ou que le d\u00e9bit est faible, ce qui nous ram\u00e8ne au compresseur. La question semble maintenant \u00eatre de savoir si le compresseur est correctement entra\u00een\u00e9 par le PCM. Lorsque nous avons v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es de balayage, le PCM a indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il appliquait un cycle de fonctionnement de 85\u00a0% et environ 850 milliamp\u00e8res (mA) de courant. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 une sonde et un oscilloscope \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 et avons mesur\u00e9 le courant r\u00e9el du compresseur.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Compresseur d\u00e9fectueux<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Nous avons mesur\u00e9 875\u00a0mA de courant appliqu\u00e9 au sol\u00e9no\u00efde de commande du compresseur. Ce courant aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre suffisant pour commander le compresseur au d\u00e9bit maximal, ce qui aurait d\u00fb entra\u00eener une certaine variation de pression. Comme nous n\u2019avons constat\u00e9 aucun changement de pression, nous avons conclu que le compresseur \u00e9tait d\u00e9fectueux et devait \u00eatre remplac\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas, la compr\u00e9hension du syst\u00e8me et de son fonctionnement a permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir un diagnostic rapide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un VUS Ford a des probl\u00e8mes pour souffler de l\u2019air froid.
