La p\u00e9riode des F\u00eates arrive \u00e0 grands pas et comment allons-nous g\u00e9rer l\u2019achalandage dans notre concessionnaire automobile \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Existe-t-il des recettes miracles ? Comment pr\u00e9voir la saison hivernale tant pour les ventes de v\u00e9hicules que pour le service apr\u00e8s-vente.<\/p>\n

Des changements importants s\u2019annoncent en mati\u00e8re d\u2019architecture. Je suis convaincue que le personnel du service a pass\u00e9 tout son pr\u00e9cieux temps \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux lignes entrantes (prise de rendez-vous) durant la saison des pneus, mais qui s\u2019occupera de l\u2019apr\u00e8s saison ?<\/p>\n

  • Comment augmenter l\u2019inventaire de v\u00e9hicules ?<\/li>\n
  • Comment augmenter l\u2019achalandage du service ?<\/li>\n
  • Comment cibler les bons clients dus au bon moment pour leur entretien recommand\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n
  • Comment r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les clients r\u00e9cup\u00e9rables ?<\/li>\n
  • Comment suivre les clients qui ont pris possession d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule neuf et s\u2019assurer que ceux-ci viennent pour leur premi\u00e8re visite au service ?<\/li>\n
  • Comment augmenter le nombre de bons de travail client en d\u00e9cembre et janvier 2021 ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Si nous pouvions r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes ces questions \u00e0 100 %, ce serait le paradis sur terre. Il n\u2019y a aucune r\u00e9ponse miraculeuse, mais bel et bien une r\u00e9flexion jug\u00e9e primordiale par la haute direction. Il faudra s\u2019assurer de r\u00e9pondre convenablement aux besoins de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n

    • Faire la r\u00e9vision des politiques internes de l\u2019entreprise et m\u00eame cr\u00e9er un livre lors de l\u2019embauche du personnel pour les ressources humaines\u00a0;<\/li>\n
    • Mettre en place des sc\u00e9narios pour chaque d\u00e9partement ;<\/li>\n
    • \u00c9tablir des objectifs r\u00e9alisables ;<\/li>\n
    • Analyser vos statistiques concernant la communication avec la client\u00e8le et trouver des outils efficaces pour rejoindre le client ;<\/li>\n
    • 360 degr\u00e9s\u00a0: les mots \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9ation<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0innovation<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ; la cl\u00e9 !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Nous sommes tous exasp\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u2019entendre parler de la pand\u00e9mie, mais que voulez-vous les entreprises doivent survivre durant cette p\u00e9riode.
