{"id":86904,"date":"2020-10-09T15:04:10","date_gmt":"2020-10-09T19:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=86904"},"modified":"2020-12-18T08:22:12","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T13:22:12","slug":"ccif-2020-un-succes-remarquable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2020\/10\/09\/ccif-2020-un-succes-remarquable\/","title":{"rendered":"CCIF 2020 : un succ\u00e8s remarquable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019autre fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9crire cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la rencontre virtuelle des membres du Forum canadien de l\u2019industrie de la carrosserie (CCIF), qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e les 7 et 8 octobre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est Caroline Lacasse, directrice du CCIF, qui a eu \u00e0 relever le d\u00e9fi colossal d\u2019organiser cette rencontre virtuelle et de la transformer en une exp\u00e9rience conviviale et riche en information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons compt\u00e9 332 participants sur les deux jours qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 neuf conf\u00e9rences et ateliers en plus de discuter avec les conf\u00e9renciers et coll\u00e8gues sur nos diff\u00e9rents forums, explique l\u2019organisatrice. Pour une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience, je suis tr\u00e8s satisfaite, sachant que rien ne remplace une rencontre en personne.\u00a0\u00bb Tr\u00e8s peu de probl\u00e8mes techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s sur ces deux journ\u00e9es. Les conf\u00e9rences \u00e9taient pr\u00e9-enregistr\u00e9es, ce qui permettait aux animateurs de r\u00e9pondre tout de suite aux questions soulev\u00e9es durant la diffusion.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement virtuel a attir\u00e9 des participants de partout au Canada. Mais une poign\u00e9e d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains et d\u2019Europ\u00e9ens se sont \u00e9galement joints \u00e0 la rencontre. Tous ont pu d\u00e9couvrir cette formule dynamique o\u00f9 les participants pouvaient discuter par vid\u00e9o-conf\u00e9rence priv\u00e9e, assister aux conf\u00e9rences dans les deux langues dans les auditoriums et m\u00eame en apprendre davantage sur les nouveaux produits et services li\u00e9s au domaine de la carrosserie en visitant un des 29 kiosques virtuels. Ils pouvaient y consulter des vid\u00e9os, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans une mallette virtuelle et m\u00eame obtenir des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 leurs questions directement des sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e, nous explique Mme Lacasse, pr\u00e8s de 3000 \u00e9changes par texto avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s, allant de questions techniques \u00e0 des discussions amicales entre connaissances. \u00ab\u00a0La possibilit\u00e9 de poser des questions et d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9ponses directement durant les pr\u00e9sentations a ajout\u00e9 de la valeur, constate l\u2019organisatrice. Et de nombreuses discussions se sont prolong\u00e9es apr\u00e8s, dans le lounge ou priv\u00e9ment. Toutes ces discussions ont ajout\u00e9 beaucoup au contenu des conf\u00e9rences.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les conf\u00e9rences et les ateliers resteront d\u2019ailleurs disponibles aux inscrits pour les trois prochains mois. Ce sera l\u2019occasion de rattraper les conf\u00e9rences que l\u2019horaire du participant ne permettait pas de visionner en direct.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La formule sera reprise<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un sondage sera envoy\u00e9 aux participants, aux commanditaires et aux conf\u00e9renciers pour mesurer leur degr\u00e9 de satisfaction suite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. L\u2019objectif est de peaufiner une formule qui sera r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement de Toronto, qui sera d\u00e9roulera aussi sur une base virtuelle, les 3 et 4 f\u00e9vrier prochains.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je crois que nous avons pu attirer de nouveaux participants qui autrement n\u2019auraient pas pu se joindre \u00e0 nous pour des questions financi\u00e8res ou g\u00e9ographiques, reprend Mme Lacasse. C\u2019\u00e9tait une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience que nous allons bonifier. Chose certaine, on ne pouvait pas attendre pour organiser ce type d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement que l\u2019on puisse se revoir en personne.
